Spider Man 3

Eddie Brock becomes Venom after Peter gets rid of the black goo and falls onto him. Venom sets about destroying Spider Man. He teams up with Sandman to kill Spider Man. They kidnap Mary Jane. Peter/Spider Man, of course, goes after them. He tries to convince Harry to help him save MJ. He says no at first, but changes his mind after the butler tells him what really happened to his father. Harry & Peter fight against Sandman & Venom. Harry gets seriously injured. Venom gets killed. Sandman shows remorse over what happened to Peter’s Uncle Ben. He explains it was an accident and everything he had done was to help his dying daughter. Peter forgives him and lets him go. Harry dies. Peter & MJ cry by his side.
