Paxton escapes with the Asian woman. He then runs over the 2 girls who set him up and the guy who told them about the Slovakian hostel. They both escape to the train station but the asian girl notices her appearance and is so ashamed/appalled by it that she commits sucide. Paxton makes it onto the train and at the next train station he meets the wannabe surgeon who killed his friends and enacts his revenge.
