Doom

Sarge decides to kill everybody because his orders were to contain the problem at all costs. He orders his men to kill everybody even when John tells him not everybody with 24 chromosomes turned out evil. John gets shot, and his twin sister, Samantha gives him a shot of the C24 serum to make him superhuman. Sarge gets a dose of it, too, and the 2 fight it out. John ends up shooting Sarge back through the portal to Mars, and then blows it up. John and Sam are the only survivors.
