Plot Summary:
A sexy, action-packed thriller starring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as John and
Jane Smith, an ordinary suburban couple who are stuck in a lifeless and boring
marriage.

Starring: Brad Pitt (John Smith), Angelina Jolie (Jane Smith), Vince Vaughn (Eddie), Adam Brody (Benjamin Diaz), Kerry Washington (Jasmine)
After an assassination attempt on Benjamin Diaz fails, John and Jane find out about each other. With orders from their bosses, they both conspire to kill each other. After a few failed attempts, John and Jane end up back at their house fighting. Just as they’re about to finish each other off, John says he can’t do it. Jane is angry at first, but they end up falling into each other’s arms, kissing and making passionate love (for the first time in a while, it seems). Throughout the rest of the film, John and Jane start to really talk and be honest with each other as everything they had told each other were all lies. The next morning, a bunch of men arrive and tries to kill them and their house gets blown to smithereens in the process. They escape in a vehicle and kill all the bad guys during an exhilarating car chase. John and Jane run into Eddie and he tells them they cannot be married together and expect to live since they’re each working for rival companies. The only small hope they have is to give something both companies want — Benjamin Diaz! John and Jane capture Benjamin and find out that they are the targets, not Benjamin! Both of their bosses had actually known they were married. Benjamin was just used as bait, so that John and Jane would eventually kill each other. A bug on Benjamin’s belt reveals they had been followed. With a few setbacks, John and Jane kill all the bad guys and live happily married finally.

An exhilarating film with plenty of thrilling and exciting action sequences and sparkling chemistry between Pitt and Jolie. Dialogue wasn’t exactly brilliant, but there were lots of one-liners that made me chuckle. Pitt and Jolie sizzled together onscreen. Loved it, definitely recommend this movie!
