Napoleon and Deb decides to help Pedro run for class president against Summer Wheatly (Haylie Duff), the most popular girl in school. During the election assembly, Summer and Pedro give their speeches. Summer gets a big applause from the audience despite her weak speech. When Pedro goes with “Your wildest dreams will come true” in his speech, it doesn’t go well. Napoleon decides to show off his new dancing skills he had just learned to try to get everyone to “Vote for Pedro”. He gets huge applauses from the audience and needless to say, Pedro wins the election. Kip moves to Detroit with LaFawnduh (Shondrella Avery), the woman he met online. Deb becomes Napoleon’s tetherball partner.
Comments? One of the funniest quotes from the movie: “But my lips hurt real bad!!” Couldn’t help chuckling at Napoleon’s dead-pan one-liners.
