Buddy saves Christmas by helping Santa spread the holiday spirit into the hearts of people in New York City. Jovie, who gets over her fear of singing in public, also helps by singing “Santa Clause is Coming to Town” in front of a crowd of people. The people, including Buddy’s biological father, all start singing together. Buddy’s father opens up his own publishing company and writes his first book based on Buddy’s story. Buddy and Jovie end up having a child together and visits his elf father at the North Pole.
